Carters Engineering

Established in 2009, Carters Engineering has since become a leader in the structural and mechanical fabrication, and rotating equipment industries, providing clients with efficient, effective and sustainable engineering solutions.

Our inclusive work environment and comprehensive approach to each project while working closely with our clients has allowed us to build a robust skillset that ensures our clients receive the utmost level of service and communication, with our staff members possessing a strong focus on our core values: safety, people, leadership, teamwork, client relationships and community.

Our 1,500 square foot workshop is equipped with an eight tonne overhead crane, sandblasting and industrial painting facilities, pulley lagging facilities, a full range of SKF bearing handling and fitting equipment, a 100kVA generator and precision measuring equipment.

MEET THE TEAM

The founder of Carters Engineering, Wade has been in the engineering industry for over 17 years. His drive and determination have developed the company from a handful of staff to over 40 employees. Wade has a strong focus on customer and staff satisfaction and drives constant Business Development and Improvement. Wade’s vision is to develop Carters into a leader in design, engineering and at the forefront of rotating equipment refurbishment and supply.

Wade Carter
Managing Director

The founder of Carters Engineering, Wade has been in the engineering industry for over 17 years. His drive and determination have developed the company from a handful of staff to over 40 employees. Wade has a strong focus on customer and staff satisfaction and drives constant Business Development and Improvement. Wade’s vision is to develop Carters into a leader in design, engineering and at the forefront of rotating equipment refurbishment and supply.
Josh has over 2 decades of Industry experience, having worked throughout Australia as a mechanical fitter, reliability technician and maintenance supervisor across a vast array of sites. Since joining Carters in 2016, Josh has developed the Rotating Refurbishment division, and aligned Carters to be an SKF Certified Maintenance partner, Martin distributor and authorised Elastotec applicator. Josh runs the Carters Operations division and is a skilled program and project management professional.

Josh has over 2 decades of Industry experience, having worked throughout Australia as a mechanical fitter, reliability technician and maintenance supervisor across a vast array of sites. Since joining Carters in 2016, Josh has developed the Rotating Refurbishment division, and aligned Carters to be an SKF Certified Maintenance partner, Martin distributor and authorised Elastotec applicator. Josh runs the Carters Operations division and is a skilled program and project management professional.
Nathan has 16 years of Industry experience and is a highly skilled engineering fabricator specialising in material handling and packaging. With a keen eye for detail and meticulous planning skills, Nathan manages the day-to-day operations of Carters with efficiency and innovation. Nathan excels under pressure and is known for creating fast, effective solutions in challenging situations whilst maintaining the highest quality of work by both himself and his team.

Nathan has 16 years of Industry experience and is a highly skilled engineering fabricator specialising in material handling and packaging.
